Four Palestinians killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza

GAZA, March 22 (YPA) – Four Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Sunday, the third day of Eid al-Fitr, after an Israeli occupation’s airstrike targeted a police vehicle in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that an Israeli drone struck the vehicle at the Abu Sarar roundabout inside the camp, killing four people and wounding others, who were subsequently transferred to Al-Awda Hospital for treatment.

In a brief statement, the Gaza-based Ministry of Interior and National Security said the vehicle had been carrying out an official mission within the central governorate at the time of the attack.

The incident comes less than a week after a similar strike in the Zawayda area of central Gaza, which left nine Palestinians dead and several others injured.
