10 citizens killed after being run over by Saudi vehicles in Shabwa during Ramadan

SHABWA, March. 18 (YPA) – A shocking statistic revealed that 10 citizens were killed in hit-and-run accidents by Saudi-backed Shabwa Defense factions’ military vehicles in Shabwa governorate during the holy month of Ramadan.

Human rights sources indicated that excessive speed, blatant recklessness, and disregard for the lives of citizens are the reasons for the terrifying increase in the number of victims.

Impunity is behind the continuation of these massacres, without any deterrent measures being taken against the perpetrators, the sources added.

It is noteworthy that the latest tragedy occurred last night when a woman was violently struck by a military vehicle in the center of Ataq city.

Consequently, residents are demanding urgent and transparent investigations, and that those responsible for these crimes be brought to justice, in order to ensure the protection of lives and prevent the recurrence of these painful incidents.
