GAZA, March 16 (YPA) – At least two civilians were killed and several others wounded on Monday in scattered Israeli occupation attacks across the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported one fatality near “Shaker Harb Mall” in the north and another in Khan Younis to the south, while a child was injured by gunfire in Beit Lahia.
These developments come as Israeli occupation forces continue to breach the ceasefire agreement since October. Official statistics indicate that 671 people have been killed during this specific period, with women, children, and the elderly accounting for approximately 45.5% of the casualties.
The overall toll of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war since October 7, 2023, has now risen to 72,247 martyrs and 171,878 injured. Additionally, the humanitarian crisis has been compounded by winter weather conditions; three people died following a wall collapse in Khan Younis, bringing the total number of victims of infrastructure collapses to 28.
