Sanaa welcomes Spain’s withdrawal of its ambassador from Israeli enemy entity

SANAA, March 11 (YPA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Sanaa government welcomed the Spanish government’s decision to withdraw its ambassador from the Israeli entity, following Spain’s stance against the US-Israeli aggression on Iran.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the ministry commended Spain’s solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as its support for the Palestinian people and their just cause.

The statement affirmed that such steps reflect Spain’s commitment to the principles of international law and its rejection of policies of escalation and war, noting that these positions contribute to strengthening security and stability and establishing the foundations for a just peace in the region.

The ministry also praised the historical relations that link Spain with Arab and Islamic countries, stressing the importance of working to develop and strengthen them in various fields.
