Senior IRGC Adviser: Iran is preparing for long war could last for years

TEHRAN, March 11 (YPA) – A senior advisor to the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), said on Wednesday that Iran is preparing for a war with Israel and the United States that could last for years.

Speaking to Al-Araby TV, Major General Ebrahim Jabbari, said the country’s missile stockpiles remain fully supplied and that production is continuing.

Since February 28, 2026, Iran has been under a US–Israeli military aggression that has reportedly resulted in thousands of casualties.

In response, Tehran has launched ballistic missile strikes deep inside “Israel”, causing extensive damage to infrastructure, and has also targeted several US military bases in the region.
