“Israeli” plot aims to target Al-Aqsa Mosque then accuse Iran

SANAA, March. 07 (YPA) – An informed official in the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence warned of an Israeli plot targeting Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, with the aim of accusing Iran and resistance forces of being behind it and inciting Arab and Islamic public opinion against them, according to Tasnim News Agency.

The official confirmed that Israel intends to carry out the operation using the “false flag” tactic, via drones or missiles, on the eve of Quds Day, noting that the goal of this step is to turn Muslims and Arabs against the Islamic Republic of Iran, given its steadfastness in the face of American-Israeli aggression and its rising popularity in the Islamic world.

The official explained that the occupation began on Thursday with a gradual evacuation of settlers from the areas surrounding Al-Aqsa Mosque, as part of preparations for this scenario, warning that targeting the mosque would constitute a serious crime with far-reaching repercussions.

The official also called on Muslims and freedom-loving people worldwide to issue warnings to Israel and its Western allies, urging them to prevent the implementation of such an operation.
