Bahraini authorities launch arrest campaign against those celebrating Iranian strikes

MANAMA, March. 02 (YPA) – Bahraini authorities launched a swift arrest campaign targeting a number of individuals who expressed jubilation and celebration over the Iranian missile and drone attacks that targeted sites in the kingdom, including facilities linked to the US Fifth Fleet.

These arrests followed the spread of videos on social media showing groups of individuals expressing their joy and support for the Iranian operations.

The Bahraini Ministry of Interior, through its Cybercrime Directorate, confirmed that it had arrested a group of people who, in a widely circulated video, expressed their support for the Iranian bombardment of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
