GAZA, Fe. 13 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continue their violations of the ceasefire on its 127th day across various areas of the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources reported that a woman was also injured by Israeli army gunfire near the Austrian neighborhood, south of the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The sources added that the Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.
The Israeli army reportedly demolished residential buildings east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, amid reports of heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles in the same area.
Israeli artillery shelled areas north of the city of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
Israeli tanks also opened heavy fire east of the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City and in Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
Israeli warplanes flew at low altitude over the southern areas of the Gaza Strip, according to local reports.
Since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, the total number of martyrs has reached 591, in addition to 1,583 injured, while 724 bodies have been retrieved.
Since the beginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023, the death toll has risen to 72,049 martyrs and 171,691 injured.
