Young Palestinian killed by Israeli occupation fire during raid on Jericho

JERICHO, Feb. 04 (YPA) – A Palestinian young man was killed on Tuesday evening after being shot by Israeli occupation forces during a raid on the city of Jericho, east of the occupied West Bank.

The Ministry of Health said that Saeed Na’el al-Sheikh, 24, was killed after being hit by Israeli gunfire as occupation forces stormed the city.

The ministry added that three other Palestinians were injured with varying degrees of wounds.

Earlier, Palestinian sources reported that six Palestinians were injured during the incursion, including three who were shot with live ammunition, two who were beaten by Israeli soldiers, and a woman who was injured after being run over by an Israeli military vehicle.
