Israeli drones fly intensively over several towns in southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, Jan. 19 (YPA) – A number of towns in southern Lebanon witnessed intense overflights by Israeli drones on Monday, in a new violation of Lebanese airspace and a continued escalation along the southern border.
 
Local sources reported that the drones flew at low and medium altitudes over the towns of Ghandouriyeh, Toueiri, Srifa, Khiam, and Qlaiaa, in addition to Aita al-Shaab and Hanin, causing tension and anxiety among residents.
 
These overflights come amid escalating Israeli violations of Lebanese airspace, coinciding with ongoing security tensions in the southern region, amid warnings of the repercussions of these continued violations on stability and security in the region.
