3 Palestinian martyrs, 9 wounded arrived at Gaza hospitals during past 48 hours

GAZA, Jan. 11 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced, on Sunday, that the death toll from the Israeli aggression in the Strip has risen to 71,412 martyrs and 171,314 injuries since the start of the Zionist aggression on October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the Gaza Health Ministry stated that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 3 new martyrs and 9 injuries during the past 48 hours.

It revealed that the death toll since the ceasefire on October 11 has reached 442 martyrs and 1,236 injuries, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 688 martyrs.

“Many victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them at this moment,” the ministry added.

Meanwhile, the ministry also announced the death of a two-month-old child due to the extreme cold, bringing the number of child deaths due to the cold since the beginning of winter to 4.
