Sanaa Foreign Ministry: Somalia, Syria events part of “Great Middle East” plot

SANAA, Dec. 27 (YPA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sanaa warned on Saturday that the current developments in Somalia are not isolated incidents, but rather at the heart of the “Great Middle East” project aimed at dismantling the region and plunging it into chaos.

In a press statement, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Abdulwahid Abu Ras, criticized the “timid” Arab response, stating that relying solely on weak statements represents a clear dereliction of duty that amounts to “direct complicity” in facilitating Zionist agendas.

Abu Ras emphasized that the dependency of certain Arab regimes on the U.S. and the Zionist entity has granted the Israeli enemy vast opportunities for infiltration, asserting that Washington is a “primary partner” in this conspiracy.

The statement indicated that the region is facing a dangerous new wave of foreign interventions and fragmentation schemes.

It noted that aligning with Zionism is a strategic blunder that will bring disaster rather than solving internal issues.

The statement affirmed that the recent bombings in Homs, Syria, are part of the same conspiracy designed to divert attention from the real enemy and prepare the Arab arena for the joint Israeli-American project.
