STOCKHOLM, Dec. 27 (YPA) – A protest rally was held on Saturday in the Swedish capital Stockholm, denouncing the continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
In the rally, hundreds of people gathered in Odenplan Square in Stockholm, in response to the call of several civil society organizations to protest against the targeting of Gaza by the Israeli occupation forces.
The participants carried Palestinian flags and banners denouncing the killing of children in Gaza, the bombing of schools and hospitals, and demanding adherence to a ceasefire, as well as to end famine.
The protesters called for an end to the genocide war that the occupation is committing in Gaza, calling on Sweden to end the sale of weapons to the occupation.
Since the agreement came into force, the Israeli occupation has been committing hundreds of violations, killing about 414 Palestinians and injuring 1142 others, according to the Ministry of health data.
