Israeli drone strike hits vehicle in eastern Lebanon, several civilians wounded

BEIRUT, Dec. 25 (YPA) – Several civilians were injured on Thursday after an “Israeli” drone targeted a vehicle on the road near the town of Hawsh Al-Sayyid Ali in the Beqaa region, eastern Lebanon, according to local media reports.

This comes at a time when Israeli aircraft reportedly dropped explosive devices at dawn on the town of Houla in southern Lebanon, damaging an excavator and several vehicles in the town.

The occupation forces infiltrated the southern town of Kfar Kila and carried out a building demolition.

These ongoing attacks on Lebanon take place amid Israel’s continued breaches of the November 27, 2024, ceasefire, UN Security Council Resolution 1701 (2006), and Lebanese sovereignty.
