Russian air defenses down 103 Ukrainian drones overnight

MOSCOW, Nov. 29 (YPA) – Russia’s Ministry of Defense said that air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 103 Ukrainian drones overnight across several regions.

A statement, carried by the Sputnik news agency said, “During the past night, on-duty air-defense systems intercepted and destroyed 103 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles.”

According to the statement, 26 drones were downed over Belgorod, 20 over Rostov, 19 over Crimea, 11 over Ryazan, 11 over Krasnodar, 5 over Voronezh, 4 over Lipetsk, and 3 over Kursk.

The ministry also reported that one drone was intercepted over Astrakhan, another over Volgograd, a third over the Republic of Kalmykia, and an additional drone was shot down over the waters of the Sea of Azov.
