SANAA, Nov. 24 (YPA) – The political bureau of Ansarullah movement extended its condolences and “deep pride” to Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem, as well as to the Lebanese resistance and people, following the martyrdom of senior Hezbollah commander Abu Ali Haitham al-Tabtabai.
In a statement carried by the Ansarullah media outlet, the group condemned the “cowardly and treacherous” Israeli attack, asserting that such actions would not weaken the resolve of the resistance. Instead, the statement said, the sacrifices would only “increase its strength and determination.”
Ansarullah praised the Lebanese Islamic Resistance, saying it had offered “the greatest lessons, heroic feats, and purest blood” in defense of Lebanon’s land and sovereignty and in support of the Palestinian cause.
The group added that Israeli military escalation had been encouraged by the “failure” of Arab governments to confront Israel, and by the involvement of some regional actors in “conspiring” with it, asserting that the Lebanese resistance, which it said draws from faith and the legacy of its fallen leaders, would ultimately prevail.
It concluded by saying, “No matter how much Israeli enemy may imagine it has achieved success in one operation or another, the statement said, such perceptions are illusory; Israel is “chasing mirages,” its days are numbered, its cohesion is eroding, and its trajectory is one of decline.”
