Ansarullah condemns Israeli criminal escalation in Lebanon

SANAA, Nov. 23 (YPA) -The Political Bureau of Ansarullah strongly condemned the criminal escalation by the Zionist enemy, which targeted the heart of the Lebanese capital on Sunday evening.

In a statement issued today, the Bureau said that the Israeli enemy has continued to violate Lebanon’s sovereignty and territory over the past year since the ceasefire.

“The Israeli strike on a residential area in Beirut’s southern suburb is a blatant violation of international humanitarian law,” the statement read.

It added, “These violations are part of the enemy’s long record of war crimes and thousands of breaches. The systematic attempt to normalize full Israeli enemy encroachment in Lebanon is backed by political complicity promoting the disarmament of the resistance.”

The Bureau affirmed that adopting calls to disarm the resistance is aimed to weaken Lebanon and destabilize its security.

It reaffirmed its solidarity with Lebanon—state and people—and its legitimate right to resist and respond to aggression.
