Death toll from Israeli genocide in Gaza rises to 69,756, with 170,946 injured

GAZA, Nov. 23 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Sunday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 69,756, with 170,946 wounded since October 7, 2023.

The ministry confirmed in its daily statistical report that 23 martyrs (21 new martyrs, 2 recovered) as well as 83 wounded arrived at the Strip’s hospitals during the past 24 hours.

The report counted 339 martyrs, 871 injured, and 574 bodies recovered since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11, 2025.

The ministry noted in its report that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at this time.

The Israeli occupation continues its attacks on the Gaza Strip, in violation of the ceasefire agreement, as it deliberately blew up buildings in the north and south of the Strip earlier today.
