Meteorology launches strict warnings regarding frost for next 24 hours

SANAA, Nov. 22 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning renewed its warnings, on Saturday, to citizens in the governorates and mountainous highlands about severe cold and frost formation.

In its weather bulletin, the center alerted the elderly, children, the sick, and those working during the night and early morning hours to the very cold weather.

It advised farmers to take appropriate measures to protect their crops and produce from damage.

The center also warned those coming to cold regions of the necessity to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves from cold shock.
