Third Intifada ‘closer than ever’ after execution of two minors in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Nov. 21 (YPA) – The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) has warned of an “imminent explosion” in the occupied West Bank, asserting that the outbreak of a “comprehensive third Intifada is closer than ever before.”

In a statement issued Friday, the Front considered the “crime of executing the minor Amro Al-Marbou’ and the child Sami Mashaykh in Kufr Aqab,” along with the accompanying “shedding of Palestinian blood and unleashing settler gangs,” to be the “spark” that will ignite the accumulated Palestinian anger against the Israeli occupation.

The PFLP affirmed that the Palestinian people “will not stand idly by” in the face of what it described as “organized state terrorism” and the occupation’s practices, which reveal an “inherently racist and fascist ideology.” It stressed that escalating crimes will not bring calm, but will instead turn the West Bank into a “battleground for draining the enemy and its herds of settlers.”

The Front also issued a warning to the world that the continuation of this “fascist entity” poses a “dire threat to all humanity,” calling on all free forces to enforce a “comprehensive boycott and delegitimization” of this criminal system.
