GAZA, Nov. 18 (YPA) -Since early Tuesday morning, Israeli occupation forces have committed 13 new violations of Gaza ceasefire, including artillery shelling and airstrikes and demolition of Palestinian homes in southern Gaza and Gaza City.
According to Palestinian sources, Israeli occupation forces detonated a booby-trapped military tank east of Gaza City, while helicopters opened fire east of the Tuffah neighborhood in northeastern Gaza City.
Israeli warplanes also conducted airstrikes east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, while artillery and gunfire continued in the same areas.
Israeli artillery targeted northeastern Al-Bureij in central Gaza, while Israeli forces fired smoke grenades in the eastern areas of Khan Younis.
Sources reported that Israeli naval vessels opened fire in the early hours of Tuesday off the coast of Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
The sources noted that Israeli warplanes carried out several airstrikes east of Khan Younis, coinciding with intense fire from Israeli military vehicles on the city’s eastern areas.
Multiple artillery strikes targeted eastern Khan Younis and areas within Gaza City’s “yellow line” early Tuesday morning, while military vehicles renewed heavy fire on eastern Khan Younis later in the morning.
The sources added that Israeli forces conducted airstrikes and demolished Palestinian civilian buildings east of Gaza City, beyond the “yellow line.”
They explained that Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike east of Gaza City, while several powerful explosions were heard in the eastern Shujaiya neighborhood, coinciding with heavy fire from Israeli military vehicles.
