Sanaa rejects Saudi Arabia presenting itself as mediator in Yemen

SANAA, Nov. 11 (YPA) – Sanaa affirmed its rejection of Saudi Arabia’s attempts to present itself as a mediator in the war it has waged on Yemen for more than 10 years, vowing to claim its rights and break the siege imposed upon it.

Ali Al-Qahoum, a member of the Political Bureau of Ansarallah, stated in a post on (X),”The Great Yemen will claim its rights by force and will not compromise its sovereignty, independence, and unity.”

He added,” Yemen will not stand idly by in the face of the siege, especially when next to it is the richest state that attacks, kills, besieges, starves, impoverishes, and plunders its wealth, covets its land and resources, fuels sedition, mercenary activities, and collaboration, all while presenting itself as a mediator and disavowing the requirements of peace.”
