Muftah: The principle of “bank for bank, airport for airport, and port for port” remains firmly in place

SANAA, Oct. 28 (YPA) –  Acting Prime Minister, Scholar Muhammad Muftah, inaugurated on Monday events marking the Annual Martyrs’ Anniversary, in a ceremony attended by members of the Supreme Political Council, ministers, and senior national and community leaders.

During the event, Muftah praised the martyrs as symbols of the nation, role models, and sources of pride, highlighting that they willingly sacrificed their most valuable possessions for the honor, dignity, and defense of their homeland and its independence.

The Acting Prime Minister emphasized that the Yemeni people will not bow to pressures or measures targeting their livelihoods, underscoring that the principle of “bank for bank, airport for airport, and port for port” remains firmly in effect.

He warned that the enemy will not succeed in passing its conspiracies against Yemen, affirming: “This game will not continue, and our people, who have offered convoys of martyrs, will confront and foil your plots, Allah willing.”
