Three wounded in Aden shell blast

ADEN, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Three people were injured, some seriously, on Wednesday when a shell was suddenly exploded in the Crater neighborhood of coalition-held Aden city, south of Yemen.

Local sources explained that the explosion occurred while a young man was tampering with an anti-aircraft missile in his home. Three people were injured by shrapnel, including an elderly man whose leg was amputated.

The incident sparked panic among residents and is attributed to a lack of awareness about the dangers of tampering with remnants of war and foreign objects.
