MAHRA, Oct. 10 (YPA) – A leader in the sit-in committee opposing foreign presence in Mahra province called on the foreign forces leave to Mahra in private and Yemen in general.
Muslim Ra’feet, a leader in the committee in the province, declared his absolute rejection of the establishment of armed groups in the province, stating that the demands of the committee and the free men will not change until their stated goals, led by Sheikh Ali Salem Al-Harizi, be achieved.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, he stated that the people of Mahra rejected extremism, whether political, media, or sectarian.
“We stand united with all honorable, loyal, and patriotic people to restore a state that guarantees the sovereignty of the land and the dignity of the nation and its people,” Ra’feet added.
