Al-Quds Brigades’ Ramallah battalion targets Israeli military patrol; claims confirmed hits

RAMALLAH, Sept. 25 (YPA) – The Ramallah Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced on Thursday that its fighters targeted an Israeli military patrol stationed at the “Sateh Marhaba” checkpoint with heavy gunfire.

In a statement, the brigades said, “After re-establishing contact with one of our combat formations in the Al-Bireh company, they confirmed that at precisely 1:12 AM today, they were able to target an enemy military patrol as it was stationed at the ‘Sateh Marhaba’ checkpoint with intense bursts of gunfire, achieving confirmed hits among the enemy’s ranks.”

This action comes as part of the Palestinian resistance factions’ response to the Israeli enemy forces’ escalating aggression against the Palestinian people in the West Bank, which coincides with the genocide and starvation war the enemy has been committing in the Gaza Strip for nearly two years.
