Gaza Government: Death toll of journalists has risen to 252 with the martyrdom of journalist Mohammed Al-Dayah

GAZA, Sept. 27 (YPA) – The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip announced, on Saturday, that the number of martyred journalists has risen to 252 since the beginning of the “Israeli” genocide against the Strip, following the martyrdom of journalist Mohammed Al-Dayah, who works for the Palestinian Information Center.

In a statement, the office condemned in the strongest terms the “Israeli entity’s” systematic targeting, killing, and assassination of Palestinian journalists.

It called on the International Federation of Journalists, the Federation of Arab Journalists, and all journalistic bodies in all countries of the world to condemn these systematic crimes against Palestinian journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip.

The office held the “Israeli enemy,” the US administration, and countries participating in the crime of genocide, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, fully responsible for committing these heinous, brutal crimes.

It called on the international community, international organizations, and organizations concerned with journalistic and media work in all countries of the world to condemn the crimes of the Israeli enemy, deter it, and prosecute it in international courts for its ongoing crimes, bringing the criminals of the Zionist entity to justice.

The office also called on them to exert serious and effective pressure to stop the crime of genocide, to protect journalists and media professionals in the Gaza Strip, and to stop the crime of killing and assassinating them.
