Socotra Governor: September 21 Revolution imposed Yemen as effective regional power

SOCOTRA, Sept. 21 (YPA) – The Governor of Socotra Archipelago Governorate, Hashem Al-Socotri, confirmed that the glorious September 21 Revolution was able, in a short period of time, to restore Yemen’s independent sovereign decision-making and achieve many accomplishments despite the conditions of aggression and siege.

The Governor of Socotra explained that among the achievements of this revolution were the development of the capabilities of the armed forces and the country’s strategic response weapons, especially in the field of missile power and drones, and the achievement of economic stability and remarkable development in the agricultural sector.

He pointed out that, most importantly, Yemen has established itself as an effective and influential regional power.

He also pointed out that this national occasion comes as the Yemeni people, under their wise leadership, are taking an honorable stance in confronting the Israeli and American aggression, in support of the Palestinian people who are being subjected to barbaric Zionist aggression without the Islamic world moving a finger and in the face of suspicious international silence.

Al-Socotri stressed that the steadfastness and resilience of the people of the governorate will thwart all attempts by enemies to impose a new reality, and they will maintain their firm position until every inch of Yemeni land is liberated from the occupiers.
