President Mahdi Al-Mashat condemns Israeli attack on Palestinian delegation in Doha
SANAA, Sept. 10 (YPA) -The head of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, strongly condemned the Israeli strike on the headquarters of the Palestinian negotiation delegation in Doha, Qatar.
In statements, President Mahdi al-Mashat reaffirmed Yemen’s support for Hamas and all Palestinian resistance factions, calling the attack a blatant violation of Qatari sovereignty.
“Events in Doha confirm beyond doubt that there can be no peace or stability in the region while the Israeli occupation entity exists,” al-Mashat said.
He warned that the aggression, and Israel’s provocative statements, “sound the alarm for all Arab and Islamic states, which must act before it’s too late.”
Al-Mashat stressed that similar attacks could occur elsewhere in the region unless Arab and Islamic countries unite against the Israeli threat.
He added that the strike would not have occurred without former US President Trump’s approval or orchestration, labeling the United States as complicit in Israeli crimes.
He emphasized that the aggression will only strengthen Palestinian resistance, and urged Muslims not to trust the US, calling unity against Zionism “a necessity.”
Addressing Palestinian factions, al-Mashat affirmed Yemen’s solidarity: “Our position is yours, our revenge is yours, and we will continue to support you until the aggression ends and the siege is lifted.”
