Ansarallah office condemns vile act of burning copy of Holy Quran in US
SANAA, Aug. 27 (YPA) – Ansarallah’s Political Bureau strongly condemned on Wednesday heinous and criminal act of burning a copy of the Holy Quran by an American Zionist candidate for the US Congress.
“While America and the West criminalize so-called ‘anti-Semitism, we find no one among them taking any action against hostility to Islam and the insult to Muslim sanctities,” the office said in a statement.
The statement said that the mask had fallen, the truth had been revealed, and the falsity of the West’s claims regarding freedom and human rights had been proven.
It pointed out that the leaders and rulers of America and the West encouraged and supported the crime of genocide and the killing of children and women in Gaza, and criminalize and prevent any peaceful popular movement that denounces the Israeli massacres and demands an end to the genocide in Gaza.
The statement called on America and the West to stop fighting Allah’s teachings, words, and Holy Book, which represents guidance, light, and mercy for the worlds.
It also called on the Islamic nation to take serious and responsible positions regarding this dangerous type of crime and violation, which affects the most important sanctities of Islam.
“These blatant violations and the insults they entail to sanctities would not have occurred and been repeated in more than one Western country had it not been for the nation’s failure to support its religion and sanctities,” the statement added.
