Israeli occupation forces demolish building near Bethlehem

WEST BANK, Aug. 06 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces began demolishing a building in the Qabr Hilweh area, east of Bethlehem, on Wednesday.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the Qabr Hilweh area and began demolishing a five-story building, located between the town of Dar Salah and the village of Shawawra, east of Bethlehem.

The building, owned by Ziad Adawi, was built without a permit.

In July, IOF demolished 122 structures, including 60 inhabited homes, 11 uninhabited ones, 22 agricultural facilities, and 26 livelihood facilities.

They also delivered 33 demolition notices to Palestinian structures.
