Three killed, others injured due to ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip

GAZA, July 21 (YPA) – Three Palestinian citizens were killed and others injured on Monday evening as a result of a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting several areas in the Gaza Strip, as part of the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, quoted local sources as saying, “Two citizens were killed and several others were injured when Israeli enemy aircraft bombed a tent housing displaced persons in the Qadisiya area, west of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.”

In the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, citizen Ibtisam Khaled Dawas was killed after being targeted by Israeli sniper fire inside her home in the Bishara neighborhood.

The sources also reported deaths and injuries from the Shaat family after their home near the Rafah garage in the center of Khan Yunis was targeted. Ambulance crews are still facing extreme difficulties in reaching the site due to the ongoing shelling.

With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has continued to commit genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the killing of 59,029 Palestinian civilians, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 142,135 others, as of Monday, in a preliminary toll, with thousands of victims still buried under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews.
