Al-Afrar calls on people of Mahra to confront Saudi conspiracy

MAHRA, July 07 (YPA) – Head of the General Council of the people of Mahra and Socotra provinces, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Afrar, called on the people to stand up against foreign conspiracies and schemes targeting the province.

Bin Al-Afrar affirmed that the people of Mahra reject Saudi attempts to militarize the province under any pretext, noting that the foreign conspiracy aims to take control of the province and plunder its resources.

He highlighted, in a meeting held by the Council’s General Secretariat, the dire living conditions facing citizens as a result of the Saudi-led coalition’s policy of starvation and systematic deprivation of services, aimed at bringing the people to their knees and exploiting their suffering to advance its destructive agendas.

Al-Afrar stressed the importance of unifying national ranks, maintaining vigilance, and raising public awareness in order to safeguard the social fabric.
