Israeli occupation army announces assassination of prominent Iranian general

OCCUPIED QUDS, June 22 (YPA) – Israeli entity’s Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced on Saturday the assassination of Iranian General Mohammad Saeed Izadi, known as “Hajj Ramadan.”

This came on the ninth day of the aggression against Iran. Katz described the operation as a significant intelligence and military achievement.

According to the Palestinian Watan News Agency, Izadi serves as commander of the “Palestine Corps” within the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The agency added that Katz accused Izadi of planning a simultaneous ground attack to destroy Israel, pointing to his role in coordinating recent Palestinian resistance operations.
