Hamas: There are no new proposals for a ceasefire

GAZA, April 09 (YPA) -Hassam Badran, a member of the political bureau of Hamas abroad, confirmed that the ideas currently being proposed regarding a ceasefire in Gaza are incomplete.

“This war cannot continue indefinitely, and it is therefore necessary to reach a ceasefire,” Hossam Badran told AFP, adding that “communication with the mediators is still ongoing” but that “so far, there are no new proposals.”

He stressed that the movement is open to proposals, but criticized the United States, stating that it is not a neutral mediator but rather supports the enemy and refuses to negotiate.
