Residents of Khor Maksar district complain of unpleasant odors from decomposing corpses

ADEN, Feb. 11 (YPA) – Residents of the neighborhoods in the Khor Maksar district of Aden province, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition, have complained of un unpleasant odors emanating from decomposing corpses in the morgue of Al-Jumhuriya Hospital.

Citizens reported that the stench from the morgue has become a major source of disturbance and concern for residents over the past few days due to ongoing power outages.

Aden has been plunged into complete darkness for the past few weeks, as the pro-coalition government has failed to provide fuel shipments to operate power generation stations for the fourth consecutive month.

For the second week in a row, Aden has witnessed widespread local protests against the severe economic collapse, lack of basic services, and worsening living conditions.
