Death toll due to Israeli aggression in Gaza rises to 48,181

GAZA, Feb. 08 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday the arrival of 26 martyrs to the hospitals of the Strip during the past 48 hours, including 22 from under the rubble and four new martyrs, with five injuries recorded.

The ministry added 572 martyrs to the death toll after their data was officially approved.

Thus, the death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 48,181, with 111,638 wounded.

The ministry indicated that there are victims under the rubble and on the roads, with the impossibility of recovering them due to the ongoing attacks and the prevention of the entry of necessary equipment, which constitutes a violation of the ceasefire agreement.
