Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression in West Bank

WEST BANK, Feb. 08 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the governorates of Jenin, Tulkarm, and Tubas for over two weeks, resulting in 29 martyrs, dozens of injuries, arrests, the demolition of homes, forced displacement, and widespread destruction of property and infrastructure.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that since the start of the aggression, the occupation has imposed arbitrary measures at its military checkpoints near most entrances and exits of the governorates in the West Bank, closing most gates to villages and towns.

This is an attempt to escalate tensions and create a state of violent chaos, paving the way for the annexation of the West Bank.

This has been evident in the brutal attacks carried out by terrorist settler gangs against Palestinian citizens, their towns, properties, homes, lands, and holy sites.

The agency noted that the occupation continues its aggression on Jenin city and its camp for the 18th consecutive day, resulting in 25 martyrs, dozens of injuries, and arrests, alongside the demolition of homes and extensive destruction of property and infrastructure.

In Tulkarm and its camp, the occupation forces continued their aggression on the city for the 12th consecutive day, amid military reinforcements, the seizure of homes, and their conversion into military barracks after forcing residents to displace.

In Tubas, the occupation forces continued their aggression on the town of Tammun and the Al-Far’a camp south of Tubas for the sixth consecutive day
