Yemeni scholars stress importance of confronting Zionist-American aggression on Yemen, Gaza

HODEIDA, Dec. 25 (YPA) – Yemen’s religious scholars called on the sons of the Islamic nation to move and confront the Zionist-American aggression against Yemen and Gaza.

This came in an expanded meeting held on Tuesday in Hodeida province, west of Yemen.

In a statement, the scholars warned the nation against distracting people and preoccupying nations with side battles, diverting the confrontation from its correct course, and perpetuating a state of despair among community.

The statement considered the Yemeni military operation in support of Gaza a battle of truth, a position of honesty, and a practical translation of the faith identity.

They advised the leaders of the presidents and princes of the Arab and Islamic countries to review their positions and correct their shameful policies that displease and to exit the box of indolence and collusion.

The statement urged those who have been deceived in the rank of the coalition to back to the home and stand united in support of Gaza and confronting the American escalation against the homeland.

The scholars’ statement appreciated the position of Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi and his efforts in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza and its resistance.

They praised the military operations the Yemeni armed forces have been carrying out to support the oppressed in Gaza and defend the homeland, salting the weekly million-person march of the Yemeni people.

The Yemeni scholars called on the free people of Syria to unite their ranks and move to expel the Israeli and American occupiers from their country.

They appreciated the role of Hezbollah and its historical support for Gaza and its resistance in face the Israeli aggression and its crimes civilians in Palestine.
