Hamas condemns Israeli air strikes on Syria

GAZA, Dec. 10 (YPA) – Hamas Movement condemned on Tuesday the Israeli aggression on Syria, the incursion of the Israeli occupation army into the south, the barbaric bombing of public facilities, capabilities properties of the Syrian people.

The movement said in a statement that the Israeli aggression comes in the context of the brutal attacks against the peoples of the region, and in light of the victory of the will of the Syrians and their success in achieving their aspirations for freedom.

The statement pointed out that the Israeli has been continuing to commit crimes against the peoples of the region, in an attempt to subjugate them and to impose its occupation equations.

It called on the Arab and Islamic nation, governments, living forces, and peoples, to stand united in confronting the occupation and its arrogance.

The movement’s statement called for the international community, the United Nations and its institutions to condemn these crimes and flagrantly violations of the international law, and to take the necessary steps to stop compel the fascist occupation, and to hold its leaders, war criminals, accountable for their crimes against humanity.

Since the fall of the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the Israeli occupation has launched dozens of raids on Syrian military sites, under the pretext of destroying Syrian strategic weapons that could pose a threat.
