Leader loyal to “Tariq Afash”, 3 others injured in armed attack in Marib

MARIB, Dec. 09 (YPA) – A leader loyal to “Tariq Afash” and three of his companions were injured on Monday in an assassination attempt in Marib, a city controlled by Islah Party factions.

Informed media sources reported that Kamel Al-Khoudani, a leader in the “Political Bureau” affiliated with “Tariq Afash,” was injured after being exposed to heavy gunfire in the center of Marib city, along with three of his companions.

The sources confirmed that the injuries were serious, amid accusations that elements loyal to the Islah Party were behind the assassination.

Activists on social media called on the Islah Party authorities to arrest the perpetrators and find out who was behind the assassination attempt.
