DAMASCUS, Dec. 02 (YPA) – Syrian activists and media outlets released footage showing the moment when Syrian and Russian airstrikes targeted the central command headquarters of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (formerly known as Jabhat al-Nusra) in Idlib.
The Syrian newspaper Al-Watan reported early on Sunday that the central command headquarters of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham was struck, and its leader, Abu Mohammed al-Julani, was believed to have been inside the building at the time.
Later, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham acknowledged in a statement that its leader, Abu Mohammed al-Julani, was killed in a Russian airstrike, according to their claims.
