Saudi media attacks Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement

SANAA, July 21 (YPA) – The Saudi Elaph newspaper published an article for the spokesman of the Israeli occupation forces attacking the HAMAS (Islamic Resistance Movement).

The writer Mahdi Majeed Abdallah, who says he is an Israeli of Kurdish origin, launched an attack on Hamas, blaming it for the sufferings of the people in Gaza Strip for years.

He admitted in his article, that he is a member of the World Zionist Organization and the spokesman of the Israeli occupation forces helped to write this article by providing him with information.

According to the Israeli army spokesman Avijaa Adraei, Hamas is a tool on the hand of Iran to provoke Israel and firing rockets towards Israeli to gain Arab sympathy.

Over the past few years, the Saudi Elaph newspaper conducted an unprecedented series of interviews with senior Israeli officials, including the Israeli chief of general staff, a former defense minister, and the chief of intelligence and the Israeli opposition leader.

According to observers, the interviews were a sign of the warmth of relations between Tel Aviv and Riyadh.

There were an unprecedented voices in the kingdom, calling for normalization with Israel, even though these public statements were forbidden before the rising of Bin Salman.

According to analysts, the Saudi media directive towards Israel is part of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s plan to prepare the Saudi street to accept any possible agreement with the occupation.
