Dozens killed, injured in Israeli occupation raids on Gaza Strip

GAZA, Nov. 23 (YPA) – At least 22 Palestinians, including six children, were killed and others were injured in a series of Israeli raids that targeted various areas of the Gaza Strip on Saturday and last night.

In the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, Palestinian sources said that the Israeli occupation’s bombing of the “Shaldan” family home led to the killing of six citizens, including three children, and the injury of others.

In Nuseirat, in the middle of the Strip, the Israeli occupation targeted a residential apartment of the “Abu Taqiya” family in the Nuseirat camp, which resulted in the killing of four citizens, the injury of others, and the outbreak of a fire in the place.

In Khan Yunis, west of the city, six citizens were killed, including three children, and others were injured as a result of the bombing that targeted a three-story house next to the Dream Hall.

In another Israeli raid in the Sheikh Nasser area, east of Khan Yunis, a citizen was killed and others were injured as a result of the bombing that targeted the Abu Asi family home.

The genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip, with American support and international silence, continues for the 414th consecutive day, amidst destruction, killing, and starvation against the residents of the Strip.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,056, in addition to 104,268 wounded with varying injuries, since October 7, 2023.
