Two Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in Jenin, rising martyrs’ toll to five

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Nov. 20 (YPA) – Two Palestinian young men were killed this evening by Israeli occupation forces in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin, north of the occupied West Bank, according to the Ministry of Health.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that Israeli forces released their team, which had been trapped inside a house in the eastern neighborhood, and handed over the bodies of the two martyrs, who were inside the house. The bodies were then transported to Jenin Government Hospital.

The two young men were identified as Feras al-Jaser and Rami al-Huwaiti. With their killing, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in Jenin today has risen to five.

This incident comes amid an ongoing Israeli military offensive in the Jenin area, which has been going on since Monday evening. Throughout the assault, Israeli forces have been carrying out raids across the city and the adjacent refugee camp, conducting violent house searches, interrogating residents, and causing significant damage to the city’s infrastructure.

With the martyrdom of Al-Jaser and Al-Hwaiti, the number of martyrs in Jenin governorate has risen to five in the past 24 hours. Three young men had been martyred earlier on Sunday in the village of Martyrs Triangle, south of the governorate.

Thy were identified as Raed Abdul Rahman Sadiq Hanaysha, 24, Anwar Nidal Saba’neh, 25, and Adnan Suleiman Tazaza’a, 32.
