Israeli air, round attacks cause extensive destruction in Jabalia

GAZA, Oct. 21 (YPA) – This morning, the Gaza Strip was subjected to a series of Israeli air and ground attacks, resulting in numerous injuries and extensive destruction to infrastructure and Palestinian property, according to Palestinian sources.

Palestinian sources reported that Israeli warplanes targeted a house in the area of Al-Tawba Mosque in Jabalia camp, leading to several injuries.

Sound of explosions continued to reverberate throughout Gaza City due to the intense airstrikes carried out by Israeli warplanes.

Additionally, Israeli artillery shelled several homes in Jabalia camp, with reports of further injuries among civilians.

Amid the ongoing escalation, Israeli occupation forces renewed the destruction of homes in the western areas of Jabalia, as well as in the Safatawi and Tawam regions in the north of the strip.

According to sources, the occupation forces demolished several residential buildings in the Safatawi area, displacing many families.
