About four people injured in Aden explosion

ADEN, Oct. (YPA) – Four people were injured in an explosion that rocked a popular market on Friday in the Dar Saad area in the pro-coalition factions-held center of Aden, southern Yemen.

Local sources said one of the members of the UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) factions detonated a hand grenade in the middle of the popular Al-Kara’a market.

The sources confirmed that the wounded were transferred to some hospitals for treatment.

This comes as an extension of the security chaos that Aden has been witnessing since the coalition took control of the city, and the establishment of regional factions with multiple loyalties to Saudi Arabia and the UAE since the beginning of 2016.
