Israeli occupation forces arrest five Palestinians in Nablus

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 30 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces arrested five Palestinian citizens from the city of Nablus early this Monday.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation vehicles stormed the eastern and western parts of the city, as well as the old Askar refugee camp to the east, where confrontations erupted, but no injuries were reported.

Two brothers were arrested after the occupation forces raided their home in the camp, the sources added.

The sources also indicated that the occupation forces invaded the Al Makhfiya, Al-Rawafid, and New Nablus areas, firing sound bombs and damaging the Martyrs’ Monument in the Al-Makhfiya area.

They raided several residential buildings and homes, causing destruction before arresting two youths from Al-Rawafid, and another one from the New Nablus area.
