Israeli police officer injured in stabbing attack in Jerusalem

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 16 (YPA) – An Israeli police officer was injured on Sunday evening,  in a stabbing attack carried out by a Palestinian youth in the city of Jerusalem.

The Israeli occupation forces fired at a young man in the Old City, claiming he was carrying out a stabbing attack.

The newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth” reported that a police officer was slightly injured in a stabbing incident in the area of Damascus Gate in occupied Jerusalem. It also noted that the forces fired at the perpetrator.
