Gold prices witness slight declination in Sanaa, Aden markets

SANAA, June 08 (YPA) – Gold prices on Saturday recorded new declination in markets of Sanaa and the provinces under the control of coalition forces, economic sources reported.

Sources working in the Goldsmiths’ markets said that the price of the gold pound declined to 947,000 thousand riyals in the city of Aden, while in the capital Sana’a declined to 276,000 thousand riyals.

The last update of prices in the goldsmith shops in the capital Sanaa, according to the “Yemen Economist” website, is as to follow:-
– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 33,600 YER, Sale = 36,000 YER.
– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 271,000 YER, Sale = 276,000 YER.

The updated gold prices in the goldsmith shops in Aden are as to follow:-
– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 116,000 YER, Sale = 123,000 YER.
– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 927,000 YER, Sale = 947,000 YER.
